Husband and Wife team, Jackson and Fiona, aim is to serve elegant, bespoke and delicious meals, using locally sourced produce, which Norfolk has an abundance of! Jackson's extensive experience in outside catering in London means all their jobs go smoothly with minimal stress - even when he has fed some high profile people including some of the Royal Family!
By using local, seasonal produce (some of which is grown by the pair!), Oyster Catcher Catering strive to share their love of Norfolk produce with each diner that they feed. A big part of their ethos is to be environmentally conscious and as a result run their prep kitchen on 100% renewable energy.
Jackson and Fiona enjoy building personal relationships with each customer as they plan their special meal together, tweaking parts of the menus until they're just right. By the time the big day comes around, it often feels like they are feeding friends, rather than customers!
