Since focusing his time solely on cake and patisserie making from the beginning of 2018, Simon's Bakery has been gradually building a fantastic reputation by working with bridal couples across London and surrounding areas. With a natural passion for baking, and experience spanning more than 20 years, founder Simon takes a simple philosophy that everything he makes must taste as good as it looks. With the emphasis on working with Swiss meringue buttercream and ganache, a huge variety of delicious flavours, textures and colour palettes can be created, and without the need to remove a layer of sickly sweet fondant in order to get to the good stuff! 

Simon will work with you every step of the way, getting to know you and understanding your requirements while also suggesting design features and flavours that you may not have thought of. All of which will allow him to create a cake that is individual to you and will complement your day perfectly.
