At Most Curious, privacy protection is very important to us and we are committed to protecting you and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Information (‘data’) we collect about you when you use our website and how this information is used, stored and processed.
You should be aware that when you use our website we use cookies to collect and store standard internet log information, and do so in order to provide you with the best possible user experience on our website. This information is anonymous and cannot identify you, and you do not have to accept these cookies. We make every effort possible to protect your data and ensure it is secure, taking reasonable precautions and following industry best practices to ensure that your data is not inappropriately accessed, disclosed, altered, misused or destroyed. Information Collection
We collect data about you when you either (i) purchase something from our store or (ii) you choose to subscribe to our email newsletter.
(i) Shop Purchases
When you choose to purchase something from our Shop we collect and store the relevant data you provide us so that we can process this transaction and complete your purchase, such as your name, address and email address.
If you provide us with credit card information, this information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.
Our Shop, and the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products, is hosted and provided by Squarespace. In order to process payments and complete your purchase Squarespace transmits your data via an encrypted connection to our payment processors. Squarespace only transmits your payment information at the time of the transaction and does not collect or store it.

(ii) Email Newsletter
We send out an email newsletter on occasion and in order to receive it you must explicitly choose to do so, providing us with your email address via an optional online automated form. It is clear that when you provide us with your email address via this automated form that you are doing so in order to receive our email newsletter. We also use a double opt-in process to confirm that you want to receive our email newsletter and to verify your email address. If, at a later date, you would like to unsubscribe from our email newsletter all our emails provide you with the option to unsubscribe.
MailChimp is the online platform that we use to store our email newsletter mailing list of contacts. By agreeing and signing up to receive our email newsletter you acknowledge and agree that the data you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their individual Privacy Policy.
We will not share your data for general marketing purposes with third party companies unless we explicitly receive your agreement to do so.
If you wish to unsubscribe from our email newsletter you can do so by clicking here or by sending an email to cat@amostcuriousweddingfair.co.uk , requesting that your email address is removed from our email newsletter mailing list.
Access to Your Information
You have the right to request a copy of the data that we hold about you and can do so by emailing cat@amostcuriousweddingfair.co.uk .
You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
