STAND INFORMATION

We supply a table(s), chairs and electricity if requested.

TABLE DIMENSIONS are 6ft long x 2ft 6” deep x 2ft 6” high, we provide a plastic trestle table as pictured.

bridalNEXT! Stand -                  2.5m wide x 2m deep (5 sq ms)

Classic Stand –                         2.5m wide x 2m deep (5 sq ms)

Premium Stand –                      3m wide x 2m deep (6 sq ms)

Sponsor Stand –                       4m wide x 2m deep (8 sq ms)

FEAST Stand –                          2.5m wide x 2m deep (5 sq ms)

STAND DETAILS

  • If you are planning on building a structure for your stand please discuss this with us before the show to ensure it will comply with the venue’s health and safety regulations.

  • Stands with walls behind them are limited in number and the majority of stands WILL NOT HAVE A WALL behind them so please plan your set-up accordingly.

    There will be up to 120 exhibitors in T1 but there are only 30 wall spaces available approximately. The majority of these wall spaces are chosen by our Sponsors & Premium Exhibitors who get to choose their location as part of their exhibitor package.

  • If you do have a wall stand you are allowed to hang things on the wall, however the less damage you do the better and if at all possible we ask that you do not drill or hammer nails into the wall.

    A good option for hanging things is to use 3M Command products.  They come in various sizes for different weights and can be removed from the wall without causing any damage -

    Click on the Products tab on the menu at the top to see the different products they have available.

    You can also stick things to the wall such as vinyls.

  • You are allowed to erect a backdrop or board behind your stand.

  • We do NOT provide booths for the stands.

  • We do not provide linen for the tables so you will need to bring your own coverings.

  • Please be conscious of how your set-up could affect the surrounding stands and please ensure it doesn’t negatively impact on any stands beside or behind you.

  • Your stand area will be marked out on the floor with chalk.

  • The stand layout will be final and cannot be changed. We will send you a Floor Plan showing your stand’s location shortly before the event.

  • WIFI will be provided and we will give you the login details when you arrive for set-up.

ELECTRICITY

If you require electricity you MUST bring a long extension lead of at least 15 metres and the cable MUST have a PAT sticker attached, unless it is less than 1 year old, or the venue will not allow it to be plugged in.

We will have an electrician on site on Friday to make sure anyone who requires electricity is safely connected. We will do our absolute best to meet your needs, within reason, and barring any unforeseen circumstances we should be able to provide electricity to everyone who wants it.

WIFI will be provided and we will give you the login details when you arrive for set-up.
