Colourful humanist celebrant and proud activist Alex Collis (she/her) is offering an amazing choice in this raffle prize for the creation and delivery of one humanist ceremony. This could be to celebrate either a wedding, vow renewal, naming, adoption or gender affirmation.

A little insight into the world of Alex: “I love colour, and I love telling stories. My work as a celebrant brings me plenty of opportunities for both! Aside from my celebrant work I am heavily involved in my community, particularly as an advocate for food justice - and used to run a food hub. I also spent six years as a chaplain at my local hospice.”

Alex is a proud trans ally and trans rights are her line in the sand.

This will need to take place before 30 November 2027, but can be anywhere within the UK. The date must be agreed between Alex and the couple / family / individual and booked by March 31st 2026, with the signing of a ceremony agreement.

If the ceremony is more than 20 miles' distance from Cambridge, then the couple / family / individual agree to cover Alex's transport costs. These are always by public transport.

The ceremony will be created following the process outlined at www.alexcolliscelebrant.co.uk/weddings or www.alexcolliscelebrant.co.uk/namings and, once the winner(s) have been identified, Alex will send them the relevant welcome info.
